If you live in Missouri and smoke marijuana during your whole pregnancy what happens at birth when you and the baby test positive for THC (do they even test the baby)? Can your children be taken? I am 35weeks ... pregnant and I have a 1 and a half year old at home. I've been told that they cannot take your kids as long as you aren't smoking in front of/around them and they are being taken care of (if they can tell that you're OBVIOUSLY a decent parent).
